Barnes & Thornburg LLP

Gold Corporate Partner

Barnes & Thornburg LLP is one of the largest law firms in the country, with more than 500 attorneys and other legal professionals serving national and international clients in more than 50 dedicated practice http://www.btlaw.com/Section.asp?Section=Services and industry areas. Within these areas, Barnes & Thornburg strives to help clients achieve solutions that span national borders.

Barnes & Thornburg supports NAWBO-Indianapolis because we understand firsthand how building a diverse workplace and promoting an environment of inclusion benefit our clients, our community and our firm. Our efforts didn’t just begin yesterday. In fact, it began more than three decades ago when we became the first among Indiana law firms to promote a woman to partner. Since then, our clients, our community and our firm have benefited from the collective contributions of many more of our women and minority lawyers.

With more than 120 female attourneys throughout our firm, Barnes & Thornburg’s dedication to developing a diverse workplace is reflected in the communities we serve. We assist women-owned businesses and women executives in more than 50 practice areas, and we support women-serving organizations in our communities. Our women and minority attorneys participate at all levels of our organization, including the firm’ management and diversity committees, and as department and practice group leaders. As one of the largest law firms in the country, we can appreciate the strides NAWBO-Indianapolis has made to grow its membership. The organization’s growth over the past few years has been incredible to watch and we, at Barnes & Thornburg, are excited for the local chapter’s prospects in the future.
