Thresette Briggs

Thresette Briggs is in her third year as a NAWBO-Indianapolis board member and currently serves as Parliamentarian. Thresette received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Wichita State University Frank W. Barton School of Business, and her Masters in Business Administration in Management from the Indiana Wesleyan University DeVoe School of Business. Thresette is the President & Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3 LLC, and brings many years of expertise in organizational leadership and human resources. She is also an Adjunct Professor for the Indiana Wesleyan University DeVoe School of Business where she instructs business courses for diverse graduate and undergraduate student populations.

Performance 3 LLC (P3) is a management consulting firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana that provides services in coaching, speaking and training to help talent achieve high performance that distinguishes them from competition. Using content from strategic planning, change leadership, and leadership & talent development, P3 has partnered with companies/organizations in multiple industries to design innovative performance solutions that quickly build talent competency and capacity for transformations in companies/organizations with up to 10,000 employees and revenues up to $13 billion. Since its launch P3 has helped hundreds of executives, leaders and teams provide significant performance contributions, resulting in powerful impacts to the bottom line.
