General Policies

Advertising Provision: Web advertising on the NAWBO-Indy site is reserved exclusively for NAWBO-Indy members and Corporate Partners.

Billing: Prepayment on all web advertising is due by the 15th of the month prior to each quarter’s advertising (June 15, September 15, December 15, March 15).

Errors: Advertiser is solely responsible for the content and accuracy of its advertising.

Acceptability: NAWBO-Indianapolis reserves the right to reject any advertisement of questionable taste or exaggerated claims. NAWBO-Indy accepts advertisements with the understanding that the Advertiser and/or Agency are responsible for the content of the ads and absolve NAWBO-Indy from all claims.

Advertising Agreement
Agreements must be completed by the 15th of the month prior to each quarter’s advertising. Cancellation of an existing agreement must be received in writing (e-mail is acceptable) and will be accepted up to the 15th of the prior month. If cancellation notice is not received by that date, NAWBO-Indy reserves the right to fill the space or run Advertiser’s previous ad. The Advertiser will be billed for contracted space. NAWBO-Indianapolis reserves the right to cancel this advertising agreement should Advertiser not abide by the Online Advertising General Policies.
