All Chapter members and corporate partners are welcome and encouraged to get involved. No matter how much time you have to devote, we can find something that will match your interests. Whether it’s an hour a month or assistance with a specific program or event, your help will be appreciated and acknowledged. And best of all, you and your business will benefit from the new contacts you make both within and outside NAWBO.

Events Committee
The events committee helps create and implement each monthly meeting's topic and guest speaker selection. The committee's goal is to select topics that support the NAWBO mission and values. These monthly meetings are valuable to our members, increase NAWBO Indy's visibility and enhance our organization to make a difference for women business owners.
The events committee is also responsible for the content of the Indianapolis Chapter events while also setting a program schedule, identifying and recruiting presenters.

Membership Committee
The membership committee is charged with actively recruiting, educating, and gaining new members into the NAWBO Indianapolis chapter. This committee works hard to bring in business-women who strengthen and contribute to our chapters' growth.
The membership committee is responsible for arriving a little early to monthly meetings and events to personally welcome each guest and member to the event. They are also integral in welcoming new members to the chapter each month.

Corporate Partner Committee
Corporate Partners are vital to the success of our not for profit chapter. NAWBO Indy is always looking for new partners and this committee is dedicated to recruiting new partners.
As equally important is making sure our Corporate Partners are happy and receiving all the benefits we offer to them. Members of the committee communicate regularly with each representative of our Corporate Partners.

Branding & Awareness Committee
The Branding and Awareness committee is charged with evaluating the organization’s total value-proposition: our products, our services, the people we serve, and how we serve it. Our goal is to create capacity.
Our committee intends to meet every other month to assess our position in the market and strategies to improve or enhance other NAWBO-driven activities. Members of the committee enjoy thinking outside of the box and strategic marketing initiatives.

Trailblazers Planning Committee
This annual event is a panel discussion hosted by NAWBO-Indy. Five successful women business leaders are selected to share the strategies for success and lessons learned. Committee is responsible for the selection of panelists as well are coordination of all details necessary to make the event a success.

Holiday Luncheon Planning Committee
Every year NAWBO Indy holds an Awards Luncheon. There are nominations, applications, deadlines, coordination of award plaques, judging and other aspects of coordinating NAWBO Indys' biggest event. It takes a team of volunteers to help make this event a success.
