The IDOA Procurement Division manages the purchasing process for all Indiana state agencies, with the exception of the Indiana Department of Transportation. Companies who would like to respond to a solicitation must be registered with the IDOA. Once registered, a company will receive notification of solicitation opportunities that match its business offerings. State of Indiana solicitation opportunities released by the IDOA Procurement Division are sent via e-mail and published in specific newspapers. Solicitation packages are also posted for download on our website.

You are invited to attend a Pre-Bid Open House and Matchmaking Session for the Indiana Convention Center Phase V Maio Lot bid package. This will be a great opportunity for Prime Contractors and Indiana Department of Administration* Certified MBE/WBE Subcontractors to meet and lay the groundwork for potential bidding relationships.
***All Contractors are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting***
