Named one of Fortune's Top Ten Women in Small Business, this entrepreneur is a homegrown Hoosier with a fire in her belly to make life better for women and children.

Determined to pave the way for women business owners in Indiana, Dragoo, 60, is a member of the Indianapolis chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and a board member for the national organization.

The Downtown Indianapolis resident loves to read. She has had speaking engagements throughout the country, during which she talks about her experiences and best practices for entrepreneurship.
