Kelli M.H. Dalton Performance Trainer/Coach somersaults™ Life Archives, LLC
Kelli Dalton is the founder and CEO of somersaults™ Life Archives, LLC. Her company helps collect and protect life stories, company histories, legacies and memories in customized, artfully-produced products such as DVDs, CDs, Canvas Art, and Coffee Table Books. Her award-winning team creates documentary-style life preservation products that can be shared and celebrated for generations.
In addition, Kelli has over 14 years of experience as an executive coach and trainer in entrepreneurial leadership, corporate entrepreneurship development, strategic planning, marketing, sales, and organizational development. She leverages this expertise with innovation and intrapreneurial thinking to enhance, build and grow organizations.
She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in entrepreneurship from the nationally-ranked Entrepreneurship Program at Ball State University. In 1994, she was the recipient of Ball State University’s Outstanding Consulting Award, the Small Business Administration’s Regional Consulting Award, and the Entrepreneurship Excellence Award. In 1997, Kelli was recognized as one of the Outstanding Young Women in America. She has received extensive personal development and executive coaching training including personal mentorship under the direction of Dr. Donald F. Kuratko, who is recognized as one of the leading Entrepreneurship Program Directors among colleges and universities in the United States. Over the last 14 years, Kelli has consulted with small to large companies across the country.

She is an active in NAWBO-Indy, Joy’s House, her church and a variety of other business and philanthropic organizations.
