SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Electronic Files Preferred

All ads should be submitted via email to mscott@nawboindy.org. File size should be no larger than 5MB when submitting via email. -
Email submission is preferred (press-ready PDF, CMYK tiff) and should include all fonts and images.

Files must be press-ready, at least 300 dots per inch (dpi) resolution. Web-sized images will NOT be accepted.

Color ads must be created as CMYK, not RGB.

If submitting on disk (CD or DVD), all fonts/images must be included in separate files on the disk, along with a hard copy (printout) of disk content and copy of actual ad. Mail disks to: NAWBO-Indianapolis, Attn: Awards Program, 2126 N. Meridian Street, Suite 220, Indianapolis, IN 46202. FILES WILL NOT BE RETURNED BUT MAY BE PICKED UP AT THE NAWBO-INDY OFFICE BEGINNING THE WEEK FOLLOWING THE EVENT.

Add 1/8-inch (.125) bleeds on all sides. Set crop marks outside bleed area.
