HOLLI HARRINGTON
Eli Lilly and Company

Holli Harrington, manager of supplier diversity development for Eli Lilly and Company, is responsible for broadening diverse participation in the Lilly supply base, by linking the capabilities of certified diverse-owned business to internal business needs. She also serves on the Indiana Minority Supplier Development Council Board of Directors.

Since joining Lilly in 1991, she has served as a Lilly Executive-On-Loan with the National Society of Black Engineers in Alexandria, Virginia, and has had a variety of experiences within manufacturing, information technology and human resources.

Her passion for community service and youth development has been evident in the Indianapolis community. She is very active with her church, sorority, and in the Indianapolis community. She received the Up and Coming Award from the Center of Leadership Development and has facilitated youth programs including the Detroit Area Pre-College Engineering Program and the Minority Engineering Program of Indianapolis; and serves on a variety of organizational boards and committees including the United Way of Central Indiana Diversity Committee.

A native of Detroit Michigan, Holli moved to Indiana, after graduating from Howard University, with a bachelor’s of science degree in mechanical engineering.

She enjoys spending time with her family, husband Brian Harrington, and three children, Briana, Brailen and Bradley.
