During her 30 year career with PNC, Suzanne Alexander has had experience in Retail Banking as a Branch Manager, Corporate Banking, Private Client Group/Trust and Marketing. She attended Ball State University and University of Indianapolis. Suzanne has experience as a Small Business Owner, which adds value in working with business owners.
Other affiliations include Board Member for the Catholic Youth Organization, as well as being a member of the finance, camp and award committees. She was the campaign chair for the 2008 United Way Campaign at PNC in Indianapolis; and for the past three years, has co-chaired the Woman Business Advocates at PNC for the Indianapolis area. She currently serves as the Program Administrator of the new Indianapolis AthenaPowerlink Program, and volunteers with St. Jude Beggars for the Poor, a program to provide food for the homeless in our City.

Billie Dragoo, President/CEO of RepuCare and RepuStaff, is a lifelong Indiana resident.
An entrepreneurial executive with 23 years in the medical staffing industry, Billie founded RepuCare in 1995 with the mission of providing staffing of allied health professionals to hospitals, Clinics and Nursing homes in Indiana.
In 1999, on-site occupational health services were offered to expand its business to employers. These services address the critical problem that all employers are facing today: increased healthcare costs, rising insurance premiums and costly injuries that are impacting productivity and profits. In 2004, the allied health staffing business was spun off into a new company, RepuStaff. Today, RepuCare’s business has expanded to include healthcare staffing for municipal and corporate clients including the City of Indianapolis, Indianapolis Airport, WellPoint, ConAgra Foods and Correctional Medical Services.
Billie has been the recipient of several business awards including 2003 Blue Chip Community Business Award for Entrepreneurial Business Excellence, and the award for Outstanding Small Business 2006 from the Historically Underutilized Small Business Coordinators organization. In 2007, she was the recipient of the Starkey Entrepreneurial Women’s Award. In 2008, Billie was the recipient of the 2008 Torchbearer Award for Entrepreneurial Advocacy and the Ernest & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 Finalist Midwest. In 2009, Billie was one of 10 female small business entrepreneurs chosen to join the annual Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit. Billie was a recipient of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2009 Women of Influence Award, which demonstrates professional excellence in serving as a leader in her career and in the community of Indianapolis.
As one of the business leaders in central Indiana, Billie is very active with both professional and philanthropic organizations. She gives back to the community in many ways and devotes considerable time to this endeavor.
In 2009, Billie was appointed to the National Board of Directors of NAWBO in Washington DC. She also is Past President and current board advisor Emeritus of the Indianapolis chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and is Chairman and Founder of the Indiana Business Women Owner’s PAC (IWBO) Political Action Committee. Billie is a leader in promoting women’s business, social and diversity causes and initiatives. She was appointed by the mayor to the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee (GIPC or Gypsy board) and is a member of Purdue’s Supplier Diversity Council. She is also a member of the Land Use Advisory Committee (LUAC) with the Indianapolis Airport and was appointed to the Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) Diversity advisor committee.
Billie is active in a number of philanthropic organizations. She is a board member of the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, a special interest fund of the Central Indiana Community Foundation. The Women’s Fund awards grants to programs that give opportunities, encouragement, knowledge and hope to women and girls in central Indiana. Billie worked on the 2008 campaign cabinet for the United Way of Central Indiana and is a member of Women United.

Kay Fleming's practice is in the business area, concentrating primarily in gaming and minority and women business enterprise certifications.
Before starting her own firm in June 2010, she was with Ice Miller since 1999. Prior to that, she served as Chief Counsel for the Indiana Gaming Commission and clerked for a United States District Court Judge and a United States Bankruptcy Judge.
Ms. Fleming is a trustee of the International Association of Gaming Advisors. Ms. Fleming is the advisory member of the National Association of Women Business Owners Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Directors of the Minority Supplier Development Council. She is chair of the Indiana Minority Suppliers Development Council's/NAWBO Governmental Affairs Committee, a director of the Indiana Women Business Owner's PAC. Ms. Fleming serves on the board of directors for Special Olympics of Indiana, Horizons Student Enrichment Program, The Fykes Foundation, The Indiana Diverse Women’s Network and the Indianapolis City Market Foundation.
Ms. Fleming is a life-long resident of Indiana and graduated cum laude from Indiana State University, Evansville, Indiana, in 1982 where she received a Bachelor of Science in psychology. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana, where she graduated summa cum laude in 1990. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana.
Ms. Fleming is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and serves on the Racial Diversity in the Legal Profession Committee and the State Legislation Committee.

Cathy is the Director of Global Manufacturing Procurement for Eli Lilly & Company in Indianapolis. She has been with Lilly 25 years and served in a variety of functions, including Information Technology, Distribution/Logistics, HR, and Procurement.
In her current role, Cathy leads a team of over 150 Lilly employees who manage and direct over $3 billion in spending annually globally. Her Indianapolis team of 32 employees does strategic sourcing work resulting in Master Agreements with companies that provide chemicals, packaging materials, engineering & construction services, MRO/spare parts, logistics services, facilities management services, energy & utilities, and contract manufacturing.
