Overview
Nicole L. Anderson is the President of Event Solutions LLC, a corporate meeting and event planning company specializing in strategic meeting and event planning and management services. The mission of Event Solutions, LLC has been to develop and implement high quality, cost-effective meetings, conferences, and corporate events. As a result, Nicole L. Anderson spends much of her time helping clients transform meetings and events from and “ad hoc” spend category into a “managed” cost category, maximizing quality and service at an affordable price.

Prior to starting Event Solutions in 2003, Nicole completed her Masters degree in Public Health/Behavioral Health Sciences from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. She received her Bachelors degree in Public Health from Indiana University. During her graduate work she spent 3 years with the Indiana Minority Health Coalition as the Director of Minority Health Initiatives managing 18 community-based agencies specializing in health promotion programming. It was during her tenure at the Indiana Minority Health Coalition that her interest in meeting and event planning was sparked. Coordinating several trainings, luncheons, and meetings, gave Nicole the background, training, and incentive to start her own firm. Understanding how meetings and events drive business she has helped clients integrate meeting planning into their larger strategic and business goals.

To further enhance Event Solutions’ capabilities, Martha T. Bonds came aboard as a managing partner with the company in 2006. With more than 15 years experience as Program Director with the Indiana State Department of Health planning the Black and Minority Health Fair, Martha brings invaluable experience to the company’s management team.
